Structure of the day: The workshop has broadly three parts to it: Firstly understand what your vision and purpose is, what is working well in your business, and what needs to work better. Secondly, explore how you think about business; where are the gaps in your thinking and beliefs that are causing you to self-sabotage and not take the bold action required to build momentum. Thirdly, share proven approaches borrowed from the tech world that support you to be successful even though you don’t yet know everything you need to be successful. Approach planning differently that puts you in a calm and confident place even though not all details are clear to you at the moment. You will come away with more clarity and calm confidence of what it takes to achieve your biggest vision for you and your business, and a simple blueprint that you take away to guide you along the right path to get you there. Timings: 10-5pm, lunch and tea/coffee/water provided throughout; optional you may join us for celebrations and more conversations with the new friends you will make at this workshop (5-6pm).
